I'd rather spend New Year's Eve in the forest than downtown.
Instead of going to a party or looking at the fireworks, we spent the last/first night of the year sleeping in a shelter just outside of Gothenburg.
I'd chose sitting by the fire with some friends anytime again over the noise of the city on this night.
